Zongzi is a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped with fresh leaves that are eaten to mark Dragon Boat Festival, a major holiday in China. We visited Emeishan, a mountainous village in Sichuan, to find out how to find the right wrapping leaves and hand make the best zongzi.
