Aeles Lrawbalrate, an indigenous chef in Taiwan, uses foraged ingredients from the jungle in her dishes. She is part of the Rukai people, one of 16 officially recognized Austronesian tribes on the island, and she is committed to reversing the effects of colonization in her village.
